One of the sharpest people I met when I worked at Cato was senior editor Gene Healy. I always thought it was a shame that Gene spent so much time at Cato editing other peoples’ stuff behind the scenes, because he’s a great writer and should really be writing his own stuff. His old blog was great, but has been getting a little anemic of late.

So I’m excited to see that he has not only written what looks like it will be a fantastic book, but is also back in the blogging saddle in a serious way.
