Bye Bye, Eliot

This makes in me inordinately happy.
Spitzer is known for prosecuting several prostitution rings.
Hilarious.
Update: this is the best one sentence summary I’ve found:
Given Spitzer’s unfathomable stupidity — and in light of the fact that he is now the victim of the kinds of overreaching police state tactics that he himself has endlessly championed and utilized — this can only be regarded as an instance of an especially objectionable, arrogant, overweening, power-mad, vicious son of a bitch himself getting exactly what he has been delightedly happy to dish out to others.
The sole unhappy feature of this entire situation is that just like every other hypocritical politician situation (e.g. Larry Craig), no one will say: “And that’s why we should legalize prostitution and why overzealous prosecutors are bad!”
Okay, okay, I’ll stop talking about this. It’s not like everyone else won’t be.
